Where is my order?

Standard home delivery orders are delivered in up to 5 working days (working days are Mon-Friday & exclude public holidays). We do absolutely everything we can to make sure your order reaches you on time, but delays can sometimes occur. We're sorry if we're late, please allow 48 hours after your expected delivery date before contacting us.

I have only received part of my order?

Items from the same order may be delivered in multiple packages due to the origin of the items. If any of your items are yet to arrive, please allow 48 hours after your delivery date before getting in contact. Further details and advice can be found here.

I'd like to return part of my order

If your order isn't suitable, you can return part or all of your order back to Debenhams. Simply return the items to one of our stores or to return by post complete the returns slip included from each of your parcels, marking off the items you wish to return. Returning an order to Debenhams has never been easier. You can return via:

  • Postal service of your choice

One of my items arrived damaged

If your item is delivered to you broken or faulty you have the right to either exchange or refund that item. Please follow our normal returns procedure and choose reason code A when completing your returns form.
